What will I do as a Campus Leader?
As a Campus Leader (CL), you’ll play an active role in growing a vibrant student community around Notion. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow Campus Leaders as a team, and Notion’s Community Team will be there to train + support you through each step.
CLs contribute in 4 key ways:

Host events on campus
From hands-on workshops and study sessions to larger-scale hackathons, you’ll plan + host events that educate students about Notion as a relevant tool.
Partner with student orgs
You’ll work with student orgs (clubs, teams, etc.) to showcase Notion as a tool for their specific use case, and equip them to use Notion as their primary operating system.
Build Notion templates
You’ll create and share Notion pages, systems, and templates designed specifically for students in your classes, clubs, and network to show them what’s possible with Notion!
Post Notion content on socials
Tap into your networks across Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more to raise awareness and educate students about tools relevant to campus life.
Program Structure
Membership in the Campus Leaders program offers the opportunity to take on meaningful leadership roles, collaborate closely with peers, and engage with a global community of like-minded student builders.

As a Campus Leader, you’ll contribute individually, work alongside your local team, and actively share and connect with the broader global community.
Individual Contribution
Take ownership of your personal impact as a Campus Leader. You’ll contribute to planning + hosting campus events, create original Notion templates, and share content that brings Notion to life for your peers—building your voice as a creator, educator, and community builder.
You can also choose to specialize and earn skill badges aligned with your interests, unlocking tailored opportunities, virtual events, and curated resources.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with your Campus Team to plan + host events, partner with student organizations, and grow a strong local presence. You’ll collaborate, share ideas, and support each other in building a thriving Notion community on campus.
Global Engagement
Connect with Campus Leaders around the world to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn from diverse communities. You’ll engage in global conversations, campaigns, and events that extend your impact beyond your campus.
Participation & Expectations
Campus Leaders are expected to stay active, engaged, and consistent in contributing to their campus and the broader community. Participation happens across both individual and team efforts.

Being a Notion Campus Leader has been a wonderful adventure, where I've been able to share what I know and love about Notion with different university students in the city I live in. It has gave me such a big platform to grow as a speaker, content creator and event organizer!
Muhammad, Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Pakistan

My journey as a Notion Campus Leader has been about more than hosting events. It has been about creating real impact, helping students learn practical skills, and building a community where people feel inspired to grow, share, and build together.
