Are you scared straight yet? What does scared straight mean? It means that you are so scared to the point of changing the way you act for the better! I’m sure nobody wants to catch the virus so let’s all do a better job not only for ourselves, but for everyone else! Let’s all get more sleep! We’ll be happier, more productive, and most importantly, healthier people! I think the first step is to not look at our phones an hour before bed. Oh man, this is hard but let’s all try ok?!
