SOP checklist

  • Schedule launch comms (email/social/community) with dates + owners.
  • Add tracking (UTMs, event tags) and confirm attribution model.
  • Define KPI targets per channel (CTR, signups, trials, demos, etc.).
  • Set reporting cadence (Day 1, Day 7, Day 30).
