Zoe’s sharing
- I want to share my career until now, and what are the important things to me when I think about my next step.
- I have worked for almost 15 years, my occupation change three times.
- My first and second job is biological research, in that two jobs I worked 4 to 5 years.
- But my personality is not really suited for doing research and staying in a laboratory all day long.
- And it’s very lucky for me, that when I worked at the second job I met my third job’s supervisor.
- He was an IP management system consultant, and he asked me if I want to make the change of my occupation he can provide the opportunity.
- And I took that, so my occupation was change to the IP management field.
- I worked in that position for 6 to 7 years, until my supervisor retired, and our department was reorganized in that moment.
- My job duties changed again, I was assigned to business develop and laboratory quality manage.
- And I worked in this position for 3 years until now.
- I like this job, but the working atmosphere and the leadership style are not the place that I can work until retiring.
- I thought many times for that “what is my calling in this life?”
- 2018.6.6, I went to a course of lecture in 大人學—尋找天賦與熱情的系統化做法.
- And then after two years, I bought this lecture’s online workshop 尋找天賦與熱情：職涯規劃線上工作坊 at 2020.2.18 There are systematic method and homeworks to let us know ourself clearly.
- 2022, I want to make some change on my occupation, and I hope the next job can closer to my life’s calling.
- And I bought these two online classes, hope that has some help for my career goal.
